DM-TT6 and DMI-TT6

MultiTox DetectorThe Simtronics MultiTox DM-TT6 detector utilises an intelligent solid-state metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) and is widely used for the detection of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S).

The detector employs a robust and sensitive detection element which does not need high gas concentration to cause the active sensing material to react.

The detector need only be calibrated once a year leading to savings in maintenance and servicing costs.

The Simtronics DMI-TT6 range of detectors are designed to monitor oxygen or toxic gases. A variety of electro-chemical sensor cartridges are available to detect a wide range of gases and all cells used are intrinsically safe.

Testing Without Physical Access

The DM-TT6 and DMI-TT6 can be easily configured and periodically tested by a single operator without the need to physically gain access to the detector using the TLU600 wireless handheld terminal accessory.

The revolutionary GD1 is the first detector to provide reliable Open Path/ Line of Sight H2S detection. The detector utilises a tuneable laser diode to eliminate the environmental effects from the sun, rain and fog to scan for the presence of H2S without any interference from other gases.

The optomechanical design and construction is so stable that an ultra fast speed of response can be achieved whilst providing unparallelled service life and stability.

The GD1 requires no recalibration providing huge savings in maintenance and servicing costs.

GD42X detector imageThe GD42X oxygen and toxic detection range of detectors can be used to provide effective detection of the following gases:

  • Oxygen
  • Sulphur Dioxide
  • Carbon Monoxide
  • Hydrogen Sulphide
  • Toxic levels of Hydrogen
  • Toxic levels of Ammonia

The GD42X-FXX uses ATEX certified flame proof housing and is suitable for use in zone 1 and zone 2 environments. One man calibration minimises maintenance and high ambient temperature options are available.
